Very nice moment. I like how the leaves of grass draw your eye up to the cow, and then the cow's coloring morphs into the clouds.
My hometown of Harvard, Illinois has a huge festival every year called "Milk Days." At one time Harvard was the dairy capital of the world. Folks all around that area are cow crazy. You might want to contact their chamber of commerce - maybe they have a FB page you could post your artwork to, or they might use different artwork every year for promotional items, calendars, postcards, that type of thing, you never know - just an idea to help promote your work.
